The adventures of Josh the boy.

I so much enjoyed writing the blog about my little cousin yesterday that I thought I would give you an update of what else the little tike was up to. Is the term tike offensive?
Anyho, yesterday during the day Josh with my cousin and his mum went to Brent Cross, a shopping mall, not far from me. Apparently Josh had an itch he couldnt get to on his bottom so he disrobed whilst they were walking through H and M. They didnt notice till a while later when they realised that he was following them bare bottomed . Unforutunately I was working and missed it. I would have laughed my head off. As you can clearly tell I think its hilarious when kids walk around undressed to the embrassment of their parents. One of my other cousins ran out of his house naked when he was six. We got him on video. (please note that we dont encourage kids in our family to run around naked outside).
Later that night, he decided to try the same stunt at my house. His mum wasnt pleased.
We also had the usual crying antics yesterday. My gran put a stop to it though when she asked for a ruler to give him a spank. I heard this from another room and walked at with a metre long peace of floppy wood. No need to call the NSPCC, it werent a fat plank of wood, it was softer than a ruler. The whole room burst into laughter and my gran was well chuffed cause she didnt have to move from her seat to spank him. You had to be there to appreciate the comic effect.
He also burst it tears when he was told to go to bed at 10:30pm. He's only 3, he should have been in bed by 7pm. Anyways he refused to go to bed without his mum, but feel asleep on top of his dad at around 11pm.

Well I will keep you updated on anymore escapades.

Theological Worldview quiz.

I was reading Dan Hames' Blog when I saw that he did the quiz, so i gave it a try. I wasnt sure what some of the questions meant but I gave it a fair go.

This is what I got:

You scored as Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan.

Granny comes to London,

I wanted to write a poem to celebrate the occasion but I decided that too much had to be said so I settled for a post.
My gran is her late 80's and she's the coolest octogenrian I know. Probably the only one I know.lol. She lives in Nigeria, but she's over for my aunt's wedding which is gonna be in early September. My uncle and aunt and their 3 year old son came over with my gran so we got a pretty full house at the moment.
In terms of personality, my gran is funny, talkative, yet sometimes stilly silent, wise, intelligent and strong and strict when she needs to be. With respect to the strict bit, my little cousin is on the rear end of that a lot. She often talks about giving him a spanking at least twice a day. Josh is a nice kid and I love him to bits, but he's got his moments. He's a bit of a troublemaker and a cry baby. He cries for his mummy and daddy, when he doesnt get his own way and when he gets a spanking. I cant fault him on the last point. I guess a spanking aint really effective until someone's crying. Preferably the victim. Dont get me wrong I aint advocating physical abuse, just a little spanking. I got it as a kid and I am ok, I think I am anyways.
Anyway getting back to my gran, she's a grandmother and a great grandmother. I think I have like 25 cousins and 6 second cousins. I am too tired to count them out so I'll approximate.Yeah, I also got 6 aunts and one uncle. I think that my mum told me that they lost 2 siblings at a young age, so they aint included in the total above.
In closing, my gran rocks and I am enjoying having her stay with us. She's very independant but she needs help stepping over the edge of pavements and carrying stuff, but I dont mind. Thats cool.

I have a new job started tomorrow,Thank God, hustling people to sign up for direct debits to charities like mencap and amnesty international. Looking forward to it, a change of scenery and all that. Its meant to be proper hard though
